A Slow Flow class which combines breathing and movement and allows time to explore the postures while cultivating strength, flexibility, balance and calm.

I share this class with the wonderful Jane Chalmers; we teach alternate weeks. Our styles are different, but complementary and classes are suitable for all students, with options to extend and deepen practice depending on your experience and as your ability and confidence develop.

Friday morning classes provide an opportunity to start the day with flowing movement and connection with the breath. Linked with the seasons: a wonderful way to settle into the weekend.
